EVARAE doesn't launch collections. We introduce icons, made in small numbers, one at a time.
EVARAE stepped away to make fewer things, better. We came back with one idea: that the pieces you keep are the ones you waited for.
Each icon is chosen slowly and made once, in a numbered edition, like a print. When an edition is gone, it moves to the archive. It is not on sale. It is sold out.
We make for women who would rather own one right thing than many. Designed in Los Angeles, made in small runs.
A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Some things are worth coming back for.
EVARAE began in 2016 as a love letter to the ocean. A feeling for the sea, for travel, for freedom, and for beauty that takes its time.
Over ten years, EVARAE grew beyond anything I had imagined: our own stores, and a home at Saks, Harrods and Net-a-Porter. I will always be grateful to the partners who believed in us and helped us grow.

But somewhere along the way, the rhythm changed. The seasons became faster, the timelines were set by others, and the demands and the pace were no longer ours. It stopped feeling honest. And if I am truthful, it stopped feeling like joy.
So we paused. We closed the business as it was and took almost two years, to the month, to listen. I moved to California, back to the ocean, and asked what EVARAE should truly stand for.
What came back is simpler. EVARAE is now direct to you. No seasons, no sales, no rush. Small, numbered editions, released quietly when they are ready, for women who would rather keep one beautiful thing than own many.
ICON 01 is the first: three belted colourways of our best-selling maillot from our archive, made with care.

ICON 01 · THE BELTED MAILLOT
Where it begins.
ICON 01 returns to the maillot that first made EVARAE: a square neckline, a high-waisted brief and a wide belt at the waist. Three colourways, Dune Noir, Desert Dust and Sea Glass, each in its own numbered edition.
HOW IT IS MADE
Made with care.
We only say what we can prove. Fabrics are chosen for how they wear and how long they last.
Sustainability matters to us. Where possible, we use regenerated or recycled fabrics. We have full traceability within our supply chain, and we hold ourselves to a strong code of ethics.
