Refund policy

Returns. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, with the hygiene liner and tags attached, in the original box with the numbered card. To start a return, write to hello@evarae.com with your order number and we will email you a return label.

Return label. Please send your return only with the label we send you, so it clears customs as returned goods. A return label fee is taken off your refund: $20 in the United States, £40 in the United Kingdom, CAD 75 in Canada and $60 for the rest of the world.

Refunds. Once your piece reaches us and has been checked, we refund the price of your piece, less the return label fee, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Duties and import taxes paid at checkout are paid to customs in your country and are not refunded.

Exchanges (United States only). One exchange per order is complimentary. Write to hello@evarae.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will email you a free return label. Once your piece reaches us, you receive store credit for the full amount you paid, issued as a gift card, to order your new size, delivered free. Any further exchange or return on the same order carries the return label fee. Outside the United States we do not offer exchanges: please return your piece for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Cancellations. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by writing to hello@evarae.com. Once it has shipped, please use the returns process.

Card processing fee on cancellations. Except for orders delivered to the United Kingdom, if you cancel your order we refund the amount you paid minus the card processing fee charged to us on your original payment. Our payment provider does not return this fee to us when an order is refunded. It varies by card type and is higher for American Express. This fee is not charged if we cancel your order, or if your pre-order ships later than the date we gave you.

Damaged or incorrect pieces. Write to hello@evarae.com within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.
