From our hands to yours.
Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide. Every order ships from Los Angeles by tracked courier, signed for on delivery. Outside the United States, the price you see includes duties and taxes. They are itemised at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when it arrives.
Pre-orders
ICON 01 is made to order in numbered editions. Your card is charged when you order, and we ship as soon as your piece is finished. ICON 01 ships early to mid-November. We will email you with tracking when it leaves us.
Tracked and signed for
Every order travels by tracked courier and needs a signature on delivery. Your piece is handed to you, never left at the door. If you are out, the courier leaves a note so you can rearrange delivery or collect it nearby.
Please choose an address where someone can sign, such as your workplace, if you are often away during the day.

Every order arrives with a card recording its edition number. We are not shipping to the European Union just yet.
Duties and taxes
United States: sales tax is added at checkout.
Everywhere else: the price you see includes any import duty and tax due in your country. Each is itemised at checkout, so nothing is due when your parcel arrives.
Duties and taxes are paid to customs in your country and are not refunded if you return your piece.
Exchanges
United States: you can exchange your piece for another size within 14 days of delivery. Write to hello@evarae.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will email you a free return label. Once your piece reaches us, you receive store credit for the full amount you paid (issued as a gift card) to order your new size, delivered free. One exchange per order is complimentary.
Outside the United States we do not offer exchanges. Please return your piece for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
Returns and refunds
You can return your piece for a refund within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, with the hygiene liner and tags attached, in its original box with the numbered card. Write to hello@evarae.com with your order number and we will email you a return label. Please send your return only with our label, so it clears customs as returned goods.
We refund the price of your piece less a return label fee: $20 in the United States, £40 in the United Kingdom, CAD 75 in Canada and $60 for the rest of the world. Duties and taxes are not refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your piece reaching us and being checked.
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by writing to hello@evarae.com.
One came back
Returned numbered pieces are checked, re-packed with their original card and offered first to members on the list, for that size.
