EDITIONS AND NUMBERING
What is a numbered edition?
Each icon is made once in a fixed number of pieces. Every piece carries its number, recorded on a card in the box, like a print.
Will ICON 01 be made again?
No. When an edition is gone, it moves to the archive. If a piece is returned, members on the list hear first.
How is my number chosen?
Numbers are given in order. Members who pre-order receive the lowest numbers in each edition.
PRE-ORDER
When will my order ship?
ICON 01 ships early to mid-November. We will email you with tracking when it leaves us.
When am I charged?
When you place your pre-order.
Can I change or cancel a pre-order?
Yes, at any time before your order ships. Write to hello@evarae.com.
MEMBERSHIP
How do I become a member?
Join the list with your email. Membership is complimentary and there is nothing more to do.
What do members receive?
First sight of every icon, ordering a day before it opens to all, and the lowest numbers when you pre-order.
Are there member discounts?
No. EVARAE is never on sale. Members receive privileges, not discounts.
SIZING AND CARE
How does ICON 01 fit?
True to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger. It is underwired, with moulded cups and adjustable straps, and the belt sits at the waist seam. See the size guide.
How do I care for it?
Rinse in cool fresh water after every wear, especially after the sea or a chlorinated pool. Hand wash cold, gently press out the excess water without wringing, and dry flat, ideally in the shade. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean.
Sun creams and tanning oils can stain the fabric yellow, so let them dry fully before you dress. The metal trims are water and heat resistant and will not tarnish.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from Los Angeles, and shipping is complimentary. Outside the United States, the price you see includes duties and taxes. They are itemised at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. They are not refunded on returns. In the United States, sales tax is added at checkout. We are not shipping to the European Union just yet. See shipping and returns by country.
Who delivers my order?
A tracked courier, with a signature required on delivery. Your piece is handed to you, never left at the door. If you are out, the courier will leave a note so you can rearrange.
Can I return my piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn with the tags and hygiene liner attached. Write to hello@evarae.com and we will email you a return label. We refund the price of your piece less a return label fee: $20 in the United States, £40 in the United Kingdom, CAD 75 in Canada and $60 for the rest of the world. Duties and taxes are not refunded. Can I exchange for another size?
In the United States, yes, within 14 days of delivery. Write to hello@evarae.com with the size you need and we will email you a free return label. Once your piece reaches us, you receive store credit for the full amount you paid (issued as a gift card) to order your new size, delivered free. One exchange per order is complimentary.
Outside the United States we do not offer exchanges. Please return your piece for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
