Shipping policy

Complimentary shipping worldwide. Every order ships with complimentary shipping from the United States by tracked express courier.

Signed for on delivery. Every order needs a signature on delivery. Your piece is handed to you and never left at the door. If you are out, the courier leaves a note so you can rearrange delivery or collect it nearby. Please choose an address where someone can sign, such as your workplace.

Pre-orders. ICON 01 is made in numbered editions and ships early to mid-November 2026. We will email you with tracking when your order leaves us.

Duties and taxes. For orders outside the United States, the price you see includes any duties and import taxes, and each is itemised at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. US orders include any sales tax due at checkout. Duties and taxes are paid to customs in your country and are not refunded if you return your piece. We are not shipping to the European Union just yet.

Address changes. Reply to your order confirmation before your order ships if your address needs to change.

Lost or damaged parcels. Because every parcel is tracked and signed for, we can trace it. Write to hello@evarae.com within 7 days of the delivery date if something is wrong.
